London and Geneva Developments is an independent professional advisory, strategic land and planning promotion company. We have a strong belief in quality design promoting sustainable future proof legacy projects.
Our development focus is exclusively on identifying, acquiring and promoting sites with strong strategic development potential in England.
London and Geneva specialises in unlocking worth through key stakeholder engagement and design principles. The value of the land is often released through alternative use allocation, securing residential planning allocations on both small and medium scale sites, typically between 50 to 500+ units. But also reviewing and applying the permitted development rights on existing buildings in a strategic process to add value.
We have an established and enviable track record with partners, landowners and local planning authorities. Our considerable experience is in securing commercially viable permissions, from buildings and land for redevelopment, to maximise returns.
Requirements
We have significant resource to grow the strategic development portfolio and are keen to hear of any suitable sites across England and the South. Sites should have the capacity to deliver a minimum of 20 residential units or 20,000 sqft of commercial space and be circa 3 acres plus.
We are extremely flexible with significant capital resources available to consider all types of acquisition. Our preference is for promotion agreements or joint ventures, though we are able to work with partners to include freehold purchase, subject to planning and option agreements.
